All rates are in Australian dollars, and are subject to change.
^ Applications from couples accepted. The second occupant of the couple will incur an additional $50 charge per week.
* Minimum stay of 28 days or longer required.
Paying your rent
To ensure your rent is paid on time, please complete a Payment authorisation form to authorise direct debiting from your account. Alternatively, you can pay your rent by Visa or Mastercard at the IHD Office ahead of the Rent Payment Schedule. Accounts for all weekly and daily bookings must be paid in full two weeks prior to arrival, and all contract bookings must be kept two weeks in advance at all times.

Cancellation policy
For long-term residents, the $70.00 application fee is non-refundable. Please read “Cancellations” mentioned in all the Terms and Conditions of Residency for the cancellation policy applicable to your contract.
Scholarships
The IHD Scholarships aim to provide financial support to continuing students who have demonstrated academic and community excellence as a resident of IHD. Applications are open from November to March each year.
Study NT - Accommodation grant
Are you an international student moving to Darwin? You might be eligible for Study NT International Student Accommodation grant. The grant covers the first six weeks of students accommodation fee.
